New York: The United Nations Security Council has strongly condemned the Bajaur blast.
In the statement released by the United Nations Security Council, condolences have been expressed to the government of Pakistan and the families of the deceased in the Bajaur blast.
The statement further said that terrorism of all kinds and forms is a serious threat to world peace. The Security Council urged all concerned countries to take decisive action against the perpetrators of the Bajaur incident and said that all the actors, financiers and facilitators involved in the incident should be brought to justice as soon as possible.
The United Nations Security Council said that all concerned countries should cooperate with the government of Pakistan in bringing the criminals to justice in accordance with their obligations under international laws and Security Council resolutions.
