Chief Justice Amir Farooq had directed the Registrar’s Office to schedule the application for hearing.
Latif Khosa had said that FIA has summoned chairman PTI today in the cipher inquiry.

The registrar office has raised two objections to our application, the main objection is that a similar application has already been filed before, our application was of a completely different nature. TI appeared, we had said for good intentions that we are not running but will appear.

Sardar Latif Khosa said that the issue of cipher cannot be raised, the Prime Minister enjoys immunity, the decisions of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet are immune under Article 248 of the Constitution.

The court inquired whether you are now challenging the FIA inquiry.

Latif Khosa replied that yes of course, the new notice was sent on the same day PTI Chairman appeared in FIA, what could be more malicious than that, PTI Chairman was questioned for 3 hours, same day A new notice was sent, what was left which was later remembered and re-notified.

Chief Justice Amir Farooq said that right now we are listening to your request with objections, I will order the records and see them and then remove the objections.

Lawyer Latif Khosa said that our first application was for pre-arrest bail, we did not even get relief from this court on that application.

After hearing the arguments, the court reserved its decision on the request of the registrar office to remove the objections.
